Performance Marketing Team Leader

As the Performance Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the
development, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns. Your team will
focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through various performance
channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and
product to ensure that all campaigns are effectively aligned with business objectives and deliver
measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of performance
marketers. Assign responsibilities and ensure efficient collaboration.
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive
customer acquisition, retention, and growth across multiple channels (e.g., Google Ads,
Facebook, LinkedIn, affiliate, display, paid search, etc.).
Budget Management: Oversee and optimize marketing budgets across channels, ensuring
efficient allocation to achieve the highest ROI.
Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to track, analyze, and report on the
performance of campaigns. Make data-informed decisions to optimize campaign performance
and meet KPIs.
Optimization: Continuously test and optimize landing pages, creatives, targeting strategies,
bidding strategies, and other elements of the campaigns to maximize results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, content, design, and analytics
teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing and business goals.
A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B testing across various campaign elements to optimize
ad copy, creative, targeting, and conversion paths.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Focus on driving high-quality leads, conversions, and sales
through performance marketing initiatives.
Market Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in
performance marketing.
Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes,
areas for improvement, and key learnings.
