About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities,
developing strategic partnerships, and driving the successful launch of new courses. The ideal
candidate should have a strong background in business growth strategies, sales, marketing,
and project execution in the online education or wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Course Expansion
● Develop and execute a business growth strategy for launching new online courses.
● Identify market demand for new courses (Mind Mastery, Money Mastery, Fitness, etc.).
● Conduct competitive analysis and recommend pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
● Create strategic partnerships with influencers, health professionals, and educational platforms.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation
● Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollments and revenue.
● Set and achieve sales targets for existing and new courses.
● Work with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
● Identify corporate partnerships to offer bulk enrollments or B2B sales opportunities.

3. Marketing & Branding
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales funnels.
● Drive digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and course adoption.
● Oversee social media strategies, webinars, and content marketing efforts to engage potential students.

4. Customer & Market Research
● Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine course offerings.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging online education models.
● Work closely with the course development team to ensure content aligns with market needs.

5. Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations
● Build relationships with doctors, wellness experts, and financial coaches for cross-promotions.
● Identify opportunities for affiliate partnerships and sponsorships.
● Develop strategic collaborations with corporate wellness programs and HR departments.

6. Team Collaboration & Execution
● Work closely with the operations team, content creators, and marketing team.
● Track KPIs and measure the success of new course launches.
● Provide regular reports to senior management on growth strategies and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth Strategy (preferably in EdTech, Wellness, or Digital Learning).
  • Strong knowledge of online education business models and revenue strategies.
  • Experience in launching new products/courses/services in an online environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, lead generation, and sales funnels.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize business strategies.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and personal development is a plus.
