About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Inside Sale Caller to join our team at
Integfarms My health School Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making
outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services,
answer inquiries, and generate sales leads.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a sales telecaller or in a similar customer service role, preferably in Health Care Services
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Empathetic and patient-focused approach towards addressing patient needs and concerns.
