About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
● DataCollection & Management:
○ Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources to ensure data
integrity and accuracy (SAAS Products or Google Sheets).
○ Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data collection processes to
optimize efficiency.
● DataAnalysis:
○ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can
inform business strategies.
○ Usestatistical techniques and tools to interpret data, analyze results, and provide
ongoing reports.
○ Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights and present
findings to key stakeholders.
● Reporting & Visualization:
○ Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI,
or similar.
○ Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
○ Develop and present detailed reports that highlight key insights and recommendations.
● Collaboration:
○ Workclosely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, sales, and operations, to
understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
○ Collaborate with IT and software development teams to implement data solutions
and improve data infrastructure.
● Business Intelligence:
○ Support the development of predictive models to forecast trends and measure
the impact of business initiatives.
○ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of
improvement and drive business decisions.
● Continuous Improvement:
○ Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes, reporting accuracy,
and overall data quality.
○ Stayup-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis
and business intelligence.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
○ Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
○ Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
○ Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
● Experience:
○ 2 or more years of experience in a data analysis role or a related field.
○ Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
○ Experience in analyzing large datasets and working with complex data structures.
● SoftSkills:
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
○ Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
○ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to both technical and non- technical audiences.
○ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
● Education:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
