● To activate them in groups by engaging themselves by periodical follow up calls.
● To motivate themselves during facing any difficulty with the challenges
● To bring progression on their Health by showing good results when compared to before
● Able to solve their day to day’s queries and escalations on HCs or courses and redirect to the reporting
manager through proper channels .
● Actively maintain the students effectively in each batch .
● To make sure the course deliverables are received on time .
● To ensure the students to complete their course to 100 percent
successfully.
